GET/openapi/market-data/stock/noii/snapshot
• 功能說明：提供美股在集合競價階段（開盤/收盤）當前最新一筆 NOII（淨訂單不平衡）快照資料，用於即時判斷市場供需關係與預期撮合價格。
• NOII 資料僅在特定集合競價期間發布，每5秒更新一次：
- 開盤集合競價：美東時間 9:28 - 9:30（僅2分鐘）
- 收盤集合競價：美東時間 15:50 - 16:00（10分鐘）
- 其他時段查詢的是歷史資料。
• 頻次限制：行情介面速率限制為每分鐘600個請求。
